So, obviously, you need to deactivate child theme and use parent theme only. Also make sure you installed nulled version of importer addon. If you need any help you can create support ticket on the website
Everything is working fine except TheGem Blocks Plugin (for WPBakery or Elementor) which work fine but you cannot import blocks (premade sections to import into your pages) because the plugin tries to download that sections from the official website to which you cannot get access without the original theme.
Besides this, the DEMO import or anything else works fine.
how do i configure php limits? I did what you said and i was able to import demos but the demos are scattered. how do i make it look like a normal demo.

To make them look like a normal demo you have to put the images with your hand (they are in the media, but sometimes some of the DEMOS do not import full photos into page, only to your library).
I imported a demo, full, worked perfect without 3 or 4 photos which I had to manually insert again into the page.
P.S. the PHP was made by my hosting provider based on the indications provided:
you need to have PHP Version – You need to configure PHP limits and make sure you are using PHP 7.0 or 7.2 (not 7.1, 7.3 or 7.4).
with PHP limits (variables, settings)

Downloaded version 4.5.7 Nulled, and the demo import based on the instructions inside the archive do not work. The demo import thegem gives error: “bad data package. please re-try importing or contact our support.” You mentioned the plugin importer and importer-elementor are nulled and the demo should be uploaded in the upload folder and unarchived. I tried several ways and demo cannot be imported.

First thing make sure the path you put the demos is: public_html/wp-content/uploads/thegem-wpbakery or public_html/wp-content/uploads/thegem-elementor (and inside these folders have the demo folders for the templates you will import).
Just note that if you upload the archive to /uploads and unarchive it, it will create a new folder which will make the theme not recognize the demos. so make sure you don’t have this path public_html/wp-content/uploads/thegem_demo/thegem-wpbakery (this will not work), public_html/wp-content/uploads/thegem_demo/thegem-elementor (this will not work),
only this will work:
public_html/wp-content/uploads/thegem-wpbakery or (and inside these folders have the demo folders for the templates you will import)
public_html/wp-content/uploads/thegem-elementor (and inside these folders have the demo folders for the templates you will import)

Demo data already installed, you don’t need to use TheGem import plugin. Go to “Pages” menu and choose one of page, then go to “Settings > Reading” and select choosed page as website homepage.

The demo import plugin is not working in any setting except full demo import and even then the demo is not imported properly. There seems to be an issue with the plugin
