Your transaction was declined

Your transaction was declined. The payment transaction failed.

If you are paying with a bank card, you may be experiencing one of the following problems:

  • You don’t have enough money on your card to make a payment.
  • You are using a virtual or prepaid bank card. We only accept physical bank cards with 3d secure protection.
  • Your card has 3d secure and you have not confirmed the card transaction with a one-time password.
  • The card type is not supported by the payment system. We accept only Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay.
  • Country in which the card is issued is not included in the list of allowed. Please try other payment system – Unitpay, Robokassa or Digiseller.
  • Country in which the card is issued does not match your location. The payment gateway may block the transaction.
  • Your bank blocked the transaction. We are from Russia and the processing is done in Russian rubles. Some banks may block such a transaction. Try to contact your bank support.

Please note, we also accept payments through Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Webmoney, QIWI, Bitcoins.
